For the Friends

If you’re a fan of the hit TV show Friends, we’ve got some great ideas for how you can spend your time in Decatur.

Start at the city hall, which is located at 420 South McDonough Street. The building was used as Monica’s apartment in seasons 1 and 2 of Friends, so it should be easy to find! Next, go over to Burnt To A Crisp Pizza Company on West College Avenue for some delicious Italian food (and more filming locations). Then head over to the library at 201 East Court Square and take a look around before heading outside to play miniature golf at Oakhurst Links Miniature Golf Course (which was also used as Central Perk). After that, you could go see an awesome concert or comedy show at Eddie’s Attic or A&R Music Bar—or maybe just relax with your friends by hanging out on the back porch with a glass of wine!

Finally, if all this running around makes you hungry for some fresh air and greenery after being trapped inside all day long then consider taking a walk around town (we recommend sticking close together though since Decatur has its fair share of crime too!).
